The Institution of the Rizarios Ecclesiastical School (Rizarios Foundation) was founded in 1841 by the brothers Mantos and Georgios Rizaris. Today, it is one of the largest active National Legacies of our country, that continues uninterruptedly, since 1844, its contribution to the Church, Culture and Education of the greek people.

The Rizarios Ecclesiastical School has provided society with thousands of graduates, who continued their studies and went up to the highest ranks of society, each one offering the maximum from the field they served and emerged in.

Prominent figures in the long course of the Foundation, the respected Rizaris brothers, Saint Nectarios of Pentapolis, the Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria Theodore II, Xenophon Zolotas and Angelos Kitsos interweave and enrich with their lives the history of the Institution itself.
