iii. The complainant and the Administrator or any other natural/legal person who submitted the material are required to resolve by mutual consent and within a short period of time the issue of the complaint by adopting one of the following solutions:

α. The material is republished in the same form as before.

β. The material is republished with changes.

c. The material is permanently withdrawn from the catalogue of the Website.

  1. As long as the Administrator and the complainant cannot reach a mutually acceptable solution to the issue, the material remains unavailable through the catalogue until an agreement on the matter is reached.
